A Community of Sustainability Other projects in Costa Rica
Sustainability and permaculture are rooted in the ethics of community. Here at Hidden Valley Farm we reach out to other projects in Costa Rica to learn from and exchange with one another. Here is a list of other sustainability projects you can check out in Costa Rica:

An education center, working permaculture farm, lodge and community rooted in environmental sustainability, meaningful, place-based livelihoods, and caring relationships. Located in the rural farming town of Mastatal, situated on the edge of the last remaining virgin rainforest of Costa Rica’s beautiful Puriscal County.

An eco-village and yoga retreat center, with a permaculture learning program. Guests, volunteers, and permanent residents share sustainable values and live in a jungle farm setting. Located in between Montezuma and Santa Teresa on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

A hostel with organic farm, set within 22 hectares of prime hilltop forested pristine land, with breathtaking views. Located in El Castillo, a small neighboring village to La Fortuna, directly on Lake Arenal atop the hills overlooking Arenal volcano.
Set on a biodynamic farm, this unfussy ecolodge bordering the Children’s Eternal Rainforest is 17 km from the town of La Fortuna and 37 km from Arenal Volcano National Park.
